Smileys

Post by Snow » Fri Sep 24, 2010 7:31 pm

i've sorted out some new smileys for this new forum :)

(some of which you may recognise from the old Snowboard. :p)

most of them will appear in the smileys panel when you post so you can pick from those easily if you wish just by clicking on them. some are not listed there but are available (as mentioned further down the page)

the main ones are mostly self explanatory:

:) Smile

:D big grin

;) wink

8) cool

 oops/embarrased

 evil grin

:p razz/stick tongue out

:bum: because JB has a lovely one

:pie: Pie!

 shock/eek/alarm

:x mad

:( sad

:? huh?/confused

:/ Undecided

:specs: Specs

 laugh out loud

:fp: facepalm

 thumbs up

 thumbs down

and the following ones are not listed in the smiley panel (or it'll be too cluttered) but can be brought up by the following text, so if you type the following but WITHOUT the spaces:

: hug : will give you

: squee : will give you :squee:

: happydance : will give you :happydance:

: rofl : will give you  (i.e. roll on floor laughing)

: clap : will give you

: bounce : will give you :bounce:

: drool : will give you

: moon : will give you :moon:

: wave : will give you

: cheer : will give you :cheer:

: innocent : will give you :innocent:

: cloud9 : will give you :cloud9:

i might add more and if anyone has any suggestions i'll be happy to hear them. :)

i've added a few more..

:/ Undecided (on main smiley menu)

and the others are on not on the menu but are available if you type the following but without the spaces:

: wave : will give you

: cheer : will give you :cheer:

: innocent : will give you :innocent: (i.e. up to no good but pretending you are honest)

: cloud9 : will give you :cloud9:

i've added them to the initial list above in the first post for ease of reference.

don't forget of course, if you click on 'view more smileys' link under the smilies when your posting it'll bring up another little window with all the available smileys in. :)
